Genkai Impact - Youth Support Grant
Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: March 2026
Program Overview
The Genkai Impact Youth Support Grant Program exists to help remove financial barriers that may prevent young athletes from participating in martial arts training programs like Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Through this program, Genkai Impact provides limited financial assistance through a reimbursement-based funding model for approved youth athletes. The program supports martial arts participation by helping families offset costs associated with training, equipment, and competition.
Funding availability is dependent on donations, fundraising efforts, and program resources.
Participation in the program does not guarantee future funding or ongoing financial support.
Funding Structure
Approved beneficiaries may receive up to $375 in reimbursement funding during a designated four (4) month funding period.
Funding is distributed through reimbursements only, meaning families must first make eligible purchases and then submit receipts for review.
Funds are not distributed upfront.
Reimbursements cannot exceed the athletes approved funding limit.
Genkai Impact reserves the right to modify funding amounts or program structure based on available resources.
Application and Selection
Applications for the Youth Support Grant Program open periodically once funding for a cohort has been secured.
Applicants may be evaluated based on factors including but not limited to:

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection.
